Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the FlingStick in its original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
